"We found Magnolia by the Lakes for my mom. They were clean, and the staff were nice. They offered a lot of activities, and the residents were very interactive. There are a lot of things for the seniors to do, so all of that was taken into consideration. I didn't like the size of the apartment, so I wish it could be larger. But the layout was fine as far as the size of the room itself, and the dining room was nice and open. They showed me the area where the family could visit and that was very nice, so that helped add to the decision why we also chose that place. I like that area where a family could come there. I like the fact that the facility was off the water. It was near the lake area. I like the scenery. It looked well kept up, too."

"My husband & I live in one of the club homes, for almost 5 years now. We have enjoyed everything offered here. The staff is excellent in taking care of us. We have made some wonderful friends since moving here. Many activities to consider. I feel safe and secure living here. If you can pay a visit, I would be happy to show you my home, and tell you more."

"My parents are residents of the independent living of Waltonwood at University, and we like the place very much. The dinner-time food could probably be a little bit better, but overall, we're very pleased with it. The staff is very friendly, efficient, and responsive to the needs of the residents. It's very pretty there, the grounds are pretty, and the facilities are very nice. It's also in a good location. My parents did not get one of the remodelled rooms, but their room is very clean, they painted it and everything, so it's very nice. The only problem would be that the balcony is in need of repair, but they're getting that done. It's a good enough size for two people. I like the dining area, it's a very open and area, and it's set up restaurant style so it's very nice. They have a lot of activities, there are about four to five a day, and my mother has gotten involved in Sit and Be Fit, walking club, Wii bowling, and the garden club. I would rate their food with a three because my mother isn't really happy with the dinners."

"The tour experience at Fox Run was wonderful. The people are very friendly, both the residents and the host. The facility is nice. The apartments are nicely laid out. It was a nice opportunity. The rooms were excellent. They were bright, cheerful, and had high-end items like flooring and appliances. The staff was very nice. The food was really good, very well presented, and very nice. They didn't have tablecloths which I was a little surprised at. They had more tables for four and a couple few tables for two. It was well maintained. The people that served us did a good job. The swimming pool was nice. There was a TV studio that looked interesting."
