I think Theresa Maxis is an excellent choice for placement for an independent senior that is low income and looking for placement for a safe and secured senior citizen apartment building. Theresa Maxis is a subsidized low income senior citizen community apartment that offers and provides their senior community with limited individualized services. Primarily they do provide their residents with a safe and secured environment to meet their residents’ individual needs. Their apartment building is in a safe and secured neighborhood that also has a low crime rate. It is near a police station also. Their residents are safe there and they do provide their residents with some limited personalized care as needed if they qualify to live there. The apartment building is in the metropolitan Detroit, Michigan area and the surrounding neighborhoods are also pretty, very nice and quiet the vast majority of the time. Theresa Maxis senior citizen apartments are primarily for independent low income individuals and they must also qualify to be considered to live there. I would most definitely recommend this senior living life style to an independent low income senior citizen that need to be placed in a safe and secured environment that is impoverished and that would like to live in the metropolitan Detroit, Michigan area. I would rank this senior commmunity apartment a three stars rating for its lack of services to the impoverished senior community but I would rank Theresa Maxis a five stars for its support for providing a safe and secured living life style to its low income senior community.
