My husband is in Nichols Senior Care. Somebody takes care of him, and he gets his meals. They give him his medications. The grounds are beautiful. The flowers and all those decorations are nice, but it's homey. I like that. The staff is very nice, but they're understaffed. I think they could use more help. The food is good. The help is very nice. Everybody here is just wonderful. The residents are all very nice, too. I love them all. The place needs some little improvements, but they're working on them. They're doing things and repairing things. They don't have activities because I come every day. That's what most of the residents complain to me about, there are no activities for them, just watching TV. They said that before COVID hit, they used to have people that came in and did things. They need to have more activities for them. The dayshift is perfect. It's the evening and night shifts that are a little short-staffed, but they're very nice and helpful.
