Up & About care is a wonderful assisted living facility. The environment is very clean, and well kept. The staff are very welcoming, the residents look like they were enjoying themselves playing bingo.

Up & About Care was really clean. The backyard was pretty big, so if they want to do activities there is plenty of space. The only downfall I didn't like was how far off it was. If a person got on the bus and they go to meet their loved ones, they've got to walk kind of far from the bus to get to the place. The staff was good, they're really respectful and helpful. They answered any questions I had as far as payments and different things of that nature, so that was really good. The whole house is clean: the room, the living room, the dining room, and kitchen. Everything was clean, including the shower.

The most important thing to myself and family members is we love seeing and hearing the interaction Mom has with Brittany (Director) and her staff. Brittany has made me feel that we definitely made the right choice choosing her facility. While I was calling around checking into other facilities the conversations were not of a caring spirit so I knew they weren’t a good fit for my Mom. Up & About Care keep up the wonderful work that your doing.

The transition for my aunt to Up and About was outstanding! Brittany’s compassion, organization, and positive attitude has made this move for my aunt stress free. She is highly responsive to my aunt’s needs and has helped me tremendously with the admission process. I can’t thank her enough for all of her love and support.
