I toured Optimum Care Homes LLC, and it was okay. The owner was very nice and honest. He gave me different options for my aunt as far as daycare outside during the day. He was helpful in helping me understand the type of insurance my aunt had. The rooms were clean and spacious. The dining area was very clean, and they offered home-cooked meals. Every day, they offer a different type of activity that involves the residents, which I love that part about them. The residents seemed very happy.

My mother has stayed there now for almost a year. Clean environment. Friendly staff. Happy we were able to get her in this place.

The owner gave me a tour of this facility and I noticed as soon as I walked in how spacious and clean all the rooms were.  I briefly witnessed the seniors socializing and laughing during lunch which actually gave me a boost in happiness.  I was attempting to place my aunt into a caring assisted living facility before my cousin became her home caregiver but had that plan not worked, this facility would have been perfect for my family.  The owner was also very patient with me, and I appreciated that after my experiences.

I went to see Optimum Care Homes LLC two weeks ago. It was a house setting, not a facility setting. It was not too far from the national highway, which was good. The rooms were spacious. It was a nice assisted living facility. The people there were nice and it's not too far for us. It wasn't huge, but it was comfortable and it was a nice home setting. I met the staff that was there, the owner, and one other staff member. It was a small community. They only have 5 people so they don't need a lot of staff, but they have a lot of staff that would come in when needed. At the time that we visited, there weren't many residents there. The staff was all nice. They offer 3 meals a day plus snacks.
