Arden Woods Apartments

If you move to Arden Woods, do not move to any apartment that is not on the top floor. Kids are allowed to live here and the super-thin walls and floors allow you to hear them running around all day and night and will really aggravate you. Also, parking is terrible because the spaces are small and your car will get dinged and scratched. Also, there are not enough spaces since guests park in the parking lot even though they are not supposed to. Management does not enforce any of the rules here so guests and residents do whatever they want. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, stay away from this place. It’s too bad that it is run poorly because it is in a great location.

I drove by Arden Woods and chose it. I liked it a lot. The staff has been good. They were very helpful and very friendly. I am staying in an apartment. It’s beautiful, brand new, and about a year old. It has hardwood floors and cherry wood cabinets. It’s super clean. They had people come in to teach you about insurance, security, and safety. They have Bingo, computer classes, meetings, a lot of games, and bible studies.

We have my mom in Arden Woods Apartment. It's as good as it's going to get right now. It's a nice place, it's clean and safe. You have to be 62 to get in. It has a little exercise room and a little lounge and there's free Wi-Fi in the lounge. They will do a health check, like if nobody has heard from her for three or four days, they'll go knock on the door and see whether she's lying on the floor dead, but that's it.

I'm in the process of moving into the Arden Woods and so far, the staff has been helpful. I like that this is a brand new place that is opened for people 62 and over. I also like its location. There is a one-bedroom apartment there that suits my needs perfectly. They have activities within the community itself. They have get-togethers and parties for the people who live there.

Arden Woods was a new building and I visited there to check the facility. I liked that it was near the places that I needed like the church and shopping mall. The price was also affordable. They had one bedroom apartments which was a little over 700 square feet. The apartments came with a washer and dryer, and one pet was also allowed. The staff I talked to were very nice.
