"I visited Sycamore Ridge Gracious Retirement Living. They were very friendly. The staff took me and showed me the apartment and also showed me the balcony from the apartment and they had the elevators to take us up and down. She's very nice and it's very nice. They have a library and a mailroom. The grounds were very nice."

"Wesley at Millington Towers is very nice. I've lived there before. The staff members are very nice and very friendly. They're easy to get along with. The room has a kitchen, a big living room, and one bedroom, good size. Food is very good. I do a lot of my own cooking at home, but from what I've had down there, it's a 5. They have games, and they have people come in. They play and sing, and they have parties. They have all kinds of activities."

"I've been a resident of The Atrium and Cottages at Lutheran Village. It's great that the people are very friendly. You've got access to dinner five nights a week, Monday through Friday, and that's included in the agreement. The maintenance staff is great. You don't have to fix any machines. All the maintenance was taken care of, including the washer, refrigerator, and grass. Utilities are rolled in, you don't have to worry about those bills. It's a triangular building and inside it's an atrium with palm trees and bromeliads and a little water feature. They bring in entertainment for special events. They have church services, movies, and exercise. They have one-bedrooms, a small two-bedroom, and a large two-bedroom. They have balconies. We're on the first floor, so we have a patio. Value-wise, you can't beat it. The food, it's not a five-star restaurant, but they cook and serve it. They will deliver it to your condo if you don't want to go down to the restaurant area."

"Lutheran Village is a one building facility with 124 rooms in it and a huge atrium, and then there are cottages. They cook dinner five days a week; you can eat those, you can choose to cook on your own, or you could have someone cook your food. They have a bus that takes you to the grocery store, and then it goes to the mall and to any special events going on. They charge to ride the bus if you want to or you can have your own car. It’s a nice place to live where you can rent or buy. "

"The staff at Elite Personal care-home are truly amazing. They pay great attention to detail and provide services that your family will need. My dad loves bingo and the staff would sit and they all enjoyed it. Elite Personal Care-home is a great place for your love one to age in place at. They offer assistant living and independent living. All you need to do is bring your clothes and a smile and they take care of the rest! I used them for respite but i am loving forward to long term placement for my dad with them! The rooms in the house are cozy, great in size and has all accommodations for my dad. "

"Bellevue Woods was very clean. The landscaping was nice. The apartment size is adequate. The amenities were just very nice. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I know several people that live there, so that was helpful. The dining area was clean and big. They have a salon, heated indoor pool, meeting rooms, patios, porches, washers, dryers, cable TV, refrigerator, garbage disposal, security system, and exercise facilities."

"The Glenmary at Evergreen is a little bit older but seemed nice. The staff was really nice. The food was OK, but it was more cafeteria type."

"Trezevant Manor was good. But for some reason -- I didn't understand why -- they're without an administrator. The staff said that the position had been vacant for a while. The staff in general knew their jobs. Their apartments and closets were very small, and one of the tour guides didn't seem to know her job. The residents were well provided for, with things like woodworking, exercise, pool, and trips to Walgreens, Walmart, doctors' appointments, and things that you needed. It's located in a community where you're around a lot of stores if you want to go."

"My Mom lives here. I've visited several Senior Assisted Living Communities and by far, it's the best. The apts. are very spacious. It is living royally as grow old gracefully. The Dining room experience alone is enough to "woo you!" The meals are delicious. There are many, many activities and the staff interacts attentively with the residents! Transportation is provided for grocery shopping and local medical appointments. I rate The Parkview 10+ in every area! "

"When I went into St. Peter Manor, everybody seems to be really polite. The facility was clean. The staff I talked to was very cool and very helpful."

"I moved to Luther Towers, and so far, it's been fine. I like the people and the management; they've been good to me. I don’t have any problems with my apartment. They have activities, but I haven’t yet attended to any of them. The staff is friendly and helpful as well as the other residents. The place is cleaned every day. "

"Embassy Apartments was really nice. It was a gated senior's apartment, so it was pretty secure since they also watch out for each other. The lady who showed me around was polite. She showed me both their one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The one-bedroom was small and did not have enough closet space. They had a laundry room, TV room, and receiving room. I saw the dining area where they could have functions and the pool."

"My mother law lives in this facility, and it is centralized located within a great radius of my home. This facility is very well maintained and offers great independence to seniors that only need limited assistance with their daily activities. It sports a home like environment and the staff is very efficient and supportive. There are plenty of personal amenities as well as a host of daily actives. My mother law states that it's the next best place to being home. The staff exhibits great concern for the residents keeps the family updated on all health issues. "

"Opus East Memphis was very expensive, but it's a very nice place. My godmother was in there. The staff was very helpful. They had very good food. Her room was beautiful. She had a living room, a kitchen, and a bedroom. It was very well kept always. They always had something to do. They had bingo and birthday parties. They celebrate all the holidays with activities."
