"My mom has been with here a little over a month. We chose it because of location, the cleanliness of the property, and the specific rooms that was available. The staff were positive and helpful. She seemed to feel comfortable there. She has an apartment with a one bedroom. It faces a courtyard and has a patio area. I was able to eat there and the food was surprisingly good. They have all kinds of things like cards and bingo for the residents to do. They also have get-togethers. The place is always neat and tidy. "

"I looked at Ivy Park of Wellington which seemed to be the one that would meet my loved ones needs the best. I liked that they had a system of tracking residents who wander so that they would be less likely to get lost. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The assisted living units were spacious. They allowed pets. The food was quite good. They had a bistro for snacks. They had a very nice library. There's plenty of parking."

"The Ivy at Wellington - Laguna Hills, CA was beautiful. It was very nice. We were very impressed. The tour was very helpful. They covered everything. The staff who accommodated us with the tour was very good. We looked at a one-bedroom-and-a-den apartment. They had physical therapy. They had all kinds of things. They had card games and arts. I didn't look at all of them, but I just saw that they were busy. They had a library, a courtyard, a swimming pool, and a gym. We had lunch there, and it was fine. Also, you can get your meals any time of the day. They're not regimented."

"The common areas were very nice, but a little overdone for my taste because they had cherubs on the ceiling in the entry. We had lunch, and the food was very good. The room was very spacious. Some of them had a fabulous view and are on really nice private grass areas. I just liked it in general."

"I was impressed. I had talked to a few people there and everything seemed to be fine. It's just that it was isolated and all you see was old people. "

"I have a wonderful time living here at Atria Del Sol. There is plenty to do throughout the day. I enjoy playing cards and Bingo, art classes, going on trips around town with my friends here, and enjoying the live performances on Thursday evenings. My favorite part of the day is my walks that overlook the beautiful golf course next door. I'm 101 years old and still living a full life here!"

"It was a beautiful facility. Everybody was active. They had different activity rooms. A bus also took the residents to different places. A chef ran the dining area and the food looked fabulous. It was like a hotel. But the place was not suitable for my mom's needs. They also had additional charges for additional services. "

"I liked Atria Golden Creek. I found the staff to be very pleasant and accommodating. It was far more on the cruise ship on land model. I felt like they would be very accommodating, but it was like so over the top cost wise, and there wasn’t real sense of home like atmosphere. It’s very clean with large size units. "

"My visit was very pleasant at Park Terrace. I thought it was very nice. It had a very pleasant layout. There was a lot of acreage. The people and the dining room seemed very nice. I think the dining room was spacious, as I recall. No complaints about it at all. "

"5 STAR EXPERIENCE! My parents moved into the brand new Atria Newport Beach when it opened in Jan, 2021. Things just keep getting better and better. The staff is excellent! They know all residents by name and cater to their needs. The food is delicious and available all day not just for 2 hour blocks a few times a day. This is a "signature" property, so it's like living on a 4 star cruise ship. Tons of interesting activities, visits to museums, live music several times a week, great art projects, interesting speakers and movies in their own movie theater! And great exercise and enrichment classes also. The apartments are on the smaller side, but it gets everyone out to socialize in the "living room", gym, library, theater, arts/crafts, and the outdoor terrace and card rooms. There is always something going on and my parents love all of the interesting people that live there and the staff that takes such an interest in them."

"Staff is very friendly and very open to answering questions. They were available later to explain how needs would be met, such as transportation to and from doctor appointments."

"We toured the Pacifica Senior Living South Coast's memory care unit. Their facility was a little more constrained, less open, and less of an area to live your life, I guess. The staff who assisted us during the tour was very cooperative and open enough to answer questions. The room we saw was very nice-looking and clean, but one thing we did not like about it was that it had a shared bathroom."

"Coastal Heights is great. I think it's a really good stepping stone for somebody who doesn't need heavy caretaking, but a step above living completely by themselves. It's like a hybrid between a retirement home and a senior living with meals a day and people checking in on you. It's got beautiful grounds and nice people who are very willing to work with you and are welcoming. We had the chance to try out their food and it was really good. They have a lot of options."

"My mom is in here. The staff is great and very helpful. So far, everything's been going really well. The place is clean as a whistle, no foul odors, and absolutely as good as it gets. You can order what you want, and the food is pretty good like in a restaurant. They have all kinds of activities, from day trips, to taking you to the market and assisting you with your needs. Everybody's friendly and they seem to be going out of their way to make it the best experience for my mother. It's a great place to live."
