I toured the community with my significant other. Grounds are very nice. They have a gazebo over a lake with a great view, a putting green, and pool with a long ramp to enter the pool. I also liked the gym and theater. All very new and clean. Staff was pleasant and friendly. We are planning for the future and Arbor Terrace Citrus Park is at the top of our list.

My son visited with me. They were very informative. I moved in several weeks later. Two years have passed and the people here are very helpful with everything. Tammy at the front desk is so helpful.

My husband Jim and I moved to Arbor Terrace Citrus Park in September 2020. My health had been going downhill a little and Jim was spending more and more of his time looking after me, the house, the yard, etc. Life wasn’t as much fun anymore, we wanted more. After much research of available independent living communities in the Tampa Bay Area, we settled on Arbor Terrace Citrus Park as offering the best value for our money — beautiful apartments, effordable elegance, activities, and next door assisted living, if needed. What we found here, however, was so much more: a whole new family of dear, dear fiends just waiting to welcome us in and embrace us into an effortless lifestyle. Our beloved dog Trevor came with us and loves his new home. The housekeepers keep our home clean, maintenance keeps it in good repair, the chef and his staff do the cooking and dirty dishes. We relax, go to activities and outings that Interest us, and entertain family and friends. In other words, we get to LIVE again, and in the best possible way. I hope you will consider all your options and make the same decision we did — Arbor Terrace Citrus Park!

Spacious living quarters. Staff are all very helpful and cheerful. So much activity and not enough time and energy to join all of them. Activities also opened my horizon to new and exciting experiences The amenities and events are much more than expected. Very caring and fun living a taff.
