"Keystone Place at Terra Bella was nice, but I didn't like the decor that much. The rooms were big, exceptionally nice, and you get a full size kitchen. The facility was clean and new. They have a lot of activities and a nice pool. The staff was great and seemed very attentive. One side was assisted living and the other side was independent living. It was bright, cheerful, and it didn't smell. They have water aerobics and an exercise room."

"I visited Lake Morton Senior Living's independent living. The thing that stood out to me was that almost all of the rooms had a balcony in them. It seemed like most of them were 1-bedroom apartments. They're extremely spacious, too. The impressive things were the outward appearance and the landscaping, the transportation they had, and the parking. Those were pretty good but the facility was older and it looked like it."

"I had an in-person tour. It was an amazing tour. The person who took us on a tour was very caring and gentle. He was very knowledgeable, warm, and caring about his business and about everyone who lived there. He was very interested in my husband and what he needed. They all cared about each other. It's a very warm place."

"I currently stay here in Osprey Manor. I have not been here that long, but we have our meals at 8:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and at 3:30 p.m. We have our bed linen, and towels done for us. The staff is very good. Everybody's very friendly and very nice. When you first move in or come in, you are quarantined for a week. The food is quite good. Because of Covid, we haven't been doing very much. I haven't been here very long. Right now, we just go to public on Sunday or one day we go to Wal-Mart. We also go to doctor's appointments."

"My mom is moving into Grand Villa of Clearwater. Just pulling into the parking lot, it was very nice and well kept outside. And when you go inside, it was very clean and it's just nice. The room is very nice, she'll have a 1-bedroom with a kitchen and a family room. They just are remodeling it right now, so it's completely brand new with a brand new refrigerator that they're installing. It was the maintenance supervisor that showed me around and he was very nice. He was very helpful, he showed us everything that would be included with her living there, like where they could get their haircut or they can get their nails done. My mom has a dog, so he showed me where she would be taking the dog out, showed me the game room, showed the movie room, pretty much everything. There's also a little store where they can buy food and stuff that they want. There's an area where they can get coffee during the day there and the laundry room."

"The staff at Stratford Court of Palm Harbor was wonderful. The facilities were clean and bright. Everything was positive about our experience there. The food was good. It was a very pleasant experience. The salespeople, the staff, and the facility were all great. What they're trying to do is offer you affordable living, but all of the amenities are in the public part of the building rather than your private residence and I get that. It'd just be nice to have more room, but no complaints. It wouldn't stop me from going there. It's clean and bright. It is well-trafficked and despite that, it didn't feel like you were moving into any type of care facility. It felt wonderful."

"I was very impressed and it's a brand new facility. They had a nice dining area, a breakfast place, a bar area, and they had an assisted living place as well. There's no nursing home and there's no rehab center though. It was very clean and very well-appointed. The staff, Jennifer, is excellent. She's very nice, very professional, very informative, and she did a good job. She showed me several apartments. They had 1-bedrooms and 2-bedrooms, but we were interested in a 3-bedroom. I looked at a lot of them, and they were all very nice. She told me that they have bus trips for the seniors, events, social happy hours, cocktail hours, and that kind of thing. There was a beauty salon, a place for both men and women to both get a haircut. There was no library. I wanted a place where you could go on a computer, so if the residents don't own a computer or have trouble with their computer, there's somewhere they can go if they need to go online to do some kind of work or something. It would be of benefit to have a library and a computer room. There were some things lacking, e.g., a nursing home, a rehab and a computer room. The staff spent a lot of time with me, and she was very good. She introduced me to the chef who described some of the dishes, and they sounded very delicious. The structure was very nice, but there could have been more room in the bar area. If you have several people during cocktail hour, I don't know if there would be enough room for everybody to sit down. They also had a very nice fitness center."

"The person who showed us around American House St. Petersburg was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very helpful. The apartments were smaller and they did not have the full kitchen. It had a microwave and a small refrigerator. I think they had a little backyard area and they had a nice pool. It had a ramp to walk into the pool versus going down steps. It was a very lovely pool. It seemed like a newer building."
