"The Estate At Hyde Park was top notch. The facilities were very nice and definite upgraded. It looked like a nice place to entertain having a loved one go to. The person I was looking for didn't qualify for the memory care, otherwise we would seriously consider putting him there. I saw their medication room, nursing station, and physical therapy room. They had a nice, open-area porch that the residents can go out on and enjoy some fresh air. It was nice. "

"Angels Senior Living At Palma Ceia was very nice and clean. The people were absolutely wonderful. The staff was very sweet, nice, and accommodating. The room we saw was fantastic, well-kept, and the bathroom was extremely clean. The food smelled very good."

"Everything was good about Best Care Senior Living at Saint Joseph. The only thing I didn't like too much about it was that they didn't accept my grandfather's benefits because he only received $900 and everything there was from $4000 and up, but they helped a lot in figuring things out to look for other places for him. So, they were great. The facility was clean. The building was a nice structure. It had a nice atmosphere. It was calm. They had nice-sized rooms. They were pretty big."

"Promise Pointe is five years old. It's bright, airy, sunny and happy. I was very impressed with that. It's a little bit higher class of people. They're more golf course people. They were a little bit better dressed. They were out and about. They had just finished an exercise class, and they were going to do a pumpkin decorating in the afternoon. It was beautiful. The problem with that one was you had to walk five miles to smoke. That was the biggest downfall of that whole place. Nevertheless, it was very inviting, and the facilities were nice. The staff who gave us the tour had been there since day one. He was very happy there. He loved the people. He knew everything about it. He could answer any question. He was very good, and I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me anything. The studios were all about the same amount. They're all between 335 and 355 square feet at every place I looked. But this one had a little bit nicer kitchen area than the one at the other place. The bathroom was good, too. It had a nice closet. They had a hair salon. There were several game rooms and several family rooms. In the lobby, there was a seating area, so you didn't have to entertain in your room."

"My aunt is here. What we like about this place is that they give you just one charge for everything. Everywhere else we went, they had different charges. We thought that's going to be financially good. Once we saw this place, we said this is all we want. I've also been happy with this new place because it's right across from where my aunt used to live. It's a familiar area and the people there are people she already knows. They're good at helping her. One of the things I like is that they are from the Caribbean, so there's a lot more diverse residents there than the other places. The days that I went there, the food tends to be that type of food also, but probably not all the time. I think she'll be much happier there than she would have been anywhere else. The big turning point was the finances, of course. Once we pay the money per month, we're done and that's all of it, unless auntie will be placed on the next level. I think she is already comfortable there. I can see the difference compared to when she was in the rehab. She was very, very uncomfortable in the rehab. We haven't been there long enough and there are still issues that need to be worked on. I'm really busy right now, and I have not really had a chance to see what's going on this year. My mother herself has been unwell, so we have not been able to do anything else for my auntie, but based on what we saw last year, we are very happy with the attention she got at The Inn. We're very happy that they keep us in the loop of what's going on there and that's good. The staff is great. When we brought my aunt in, we were struggling with her and they took control and were able to calm her down. It really shows that they are really professional, and I was impressed with that. Of course, she was coming out of rehab and was very confused, but since living there, she has improved in terms of her ability to understand what's going on. Based on what I've heard, the activities are good. At this time, my aunt cannot participate, but they went out of their way to make her feel comfortable. The outside passageway is a large space, and it's beautiful. She can go and look on the outside when she's able to do it on her own. I think they do a very very job in making the space that they have into something that's attractive."

"My mother will be moving into Angels Senior Living at New Tampa memory care unit. So far, so good. We have to move our own furniture in, but the room was clean and the size was good for us. The staff was nice, and they have good service. They have activities, but very simple ones. They have everything inside. They're pretty new."

"Atrium Gardens is the place for your loved one!! My father was a resident for almost 5 years and from the first day he arrived until the day he passed away, the staff treated him (and our family) with the upmost dignity and respect. They loved him and he loved living there. It was home to him and he felt safe. Prior to Covid and the government lockdown, our family was able to visit with him 24/7. It didn't matter what time, day or night, we were always welcome. The facility is very clean and very well maintained. My dad was always clean and well-fed. His room and bathroom was also clean and did not have any odors. The residents would sit in recliners and watch TV. Usually older movies which they really enjoyed. At Christmas time, they would take the residents in the company bus and drive them around looking at Christmas lights. I came along several years in a row and the residents loved it. On my dad's birthday last year, the staff decorated the main room and everyone (including the other residents) participated in his birthday celebration. I know that really made my dad feel very special. Our family is so grateful for the amazing care that was given to him during his final years. We couldn't have chosen a better memory care home for him. "

"We ended up choosing Inspired Living at Tampa for my mom because she has a friend that lives there whom she's known for most of her life. So, it was a good match that they can be there together. Also, she needs memory care (which they have). They're great people and they're nice to us. She's eaten better than ever. They also have activities going around the clock. They have painting, bingo, crafts, movies, and people come to play music for them."

"We are choosing them for my dad because it is very family-oriented. I could tell that the residents are very happy there. When you walk into the foyer, it's very welcoming, very bright, and very clean. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. They have several activities throughout the month. The residents looked pleasantly involved with the activities. One of the things that stood out to me when I toured the place was that there's a specific day for families to come and visit, and I appreciate that. For Grandparents' Day, they had the place full of grandkids and I thought that was cool. The place was very clean and very aesthetically pleasing. As I was walking out, some of the residents voluntarily came up to me and told me that my dad will be very happy there, so that's when I knew because that made a big difference."

"Emeritus was very nice. The place was very beautiful. We had a meal with them, and their food was wonderful. The had different menus in the dining room. Their rooms were really spacious. However, it was really expensive because it had community fees and everything else added on, even if you don't consider any level of care. The staff was fine, except some of the staff was just learning English, and I thought it made it a little hard for the older people, but they were very helpful. They had a lot of activities. They went into town for movie nights and museums. They even went to some of the attractions around, like the zoo, the library, and the aquarium. They were near medical facilities, and they were not too far from the VA. So its location was great, too. "

"My mother in law is living in this facility and I am very happy with the over all experience. She is well looked after and still has a feeling of being on her own. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for senior care that is dependable and trust worthy. We looked at several place before choosing Arden Courts and we feel we did our home work. Theres nothing worse than getting someone comfortable in there new environment and then learning the care is not up to par and having to move them. I feel the staff at Arden Courts really put there hearts into there work and this means a lot to our family. They remember our names , and we feel like family when we come to visit. The quality of the facility is a ten on a scale of one to ten, its well worth the money to have piece of mind that your family member is in a clean and safe place. My family and I are very pleased with Arden Courts and have only good things to say about them , and if you are looking for high quality adult care , this is a great choice. "

"Tampa Gardens Senior Living is a two-story facility. I do not like elevators and neither does my mother; that I didn't like about it. Other than that, the people were very nice. It was a very short tour. I only met two people, but they were very, very nice, very courteous, and very friendly. They had good interaction with the people that lived there. It was very nice and very clean. It was on a main street, so it was close to everything. Right next door was a little office building that had doctors in it."
