they only have direct TV, which my parents hate. When a rainstorm comes the cable goes out. The food is delicious though. He told me the other new building next door has Spectrum. Why can't the owner change out direct tv is the Big Question.

My mom is at Angels Senior Living at the Lodges of Idlewild, and it has been a very good experience. She is very well taken care of. They know if she doesn't come to meals. They check on her. They help with her meds, and they are caring when they come in. She has a good friend there now (one of the staff), and so she is very happy there. The rooms are very nice and spacious. They're kept clean and updated. I've tried their food and it's fine for me. The people down there who are waiting on the residents are very good. If she doesn't like what she's having, they take it back and fix it. They have a theater, a library, a sitting room, an area out back for walking or sitting on benches and reflecting, a mailbox area, a laundry area, and a restaurant-type dining room. During Hurricane Ian, I was down in Fort Myers, and she was up there in Lutz. We weren't going to be able to get to her, so when we called to check how they were going to take care of her, they had it all listed out and all planned and everything figured out. So, we were very comfortable with her being there as the storm came.

The people at Angels Senior Living at The Lodges of Idlewild were nice. They have a calendar of different things that they do and the person who did the tour was very nice. They have different room options too. The one I saw was a studio I think. The bedroom was nice, it didn't have a kitchen in it but there was a small refrigerator in the room. I just didn't care much for the rooms. The bathrooms were small and not very safe. I just was not impressed. Some people would be interested in that place, but it's just not for my dad.

I normally do not give reviews. (I am older) This place was outstanding before Covid and they are even better during the pandemic. They have gone above and beyond what I could have ever expected. They have held such a high standard of care, even if it means cutting good staff that do not follow guidelines. Which seems to upset some people, not this guy! They have done a fabulous job keeping everyone safe and their record shows that. Keep up the great work!

Our tour at Angels Senior Living at The Lodges of Idlewild was fine and the place looked good. The staff who gave us the tour was very nice and very informative. The place appeared very clean and also smelled good because they're cooking. We walked around the dining room and they showed us the menu, it was very nice and open with tables and chairs and not booths. It was a good-sized dining room.

Angels Senior Living at the Lodges of Idlewild was nice and new. The layout was nice. It just wasn't for me. I can basically take care of myself and it's more for older people that need more help. It looked clean, but it smelled when you walk in. The staff was nice and helpful.
