The medical, support, and facility staffs attention to my husband was exactly what he needed. Yes, the facility is undergoing major physical renovations. While that was ongoing, it is clean, comfortable, and when something unexpected happened they addressed it practically immediately. I’m truly grateful for the care Elevated Estates Brooksville gave our family."

"We chose here because it's my mother's favorite. We will be signing with them. It was very elegant, and it had everything that we were looking for as far as her being to age in place. The food is good. Everything was clean and very fancy. The staff we dealt so far has been wonderful. The apartments were beautiful and of perfect size. It has a beautiful view from all the rooms. "

"Food had been greatly improved since the new dining room manager had been here, and the food is really good. The staff is very friendly and cheerful and attentive to our needs. The activity director is great and offers something for everyone to do. "

"The Cottages of Port Richey was a very nice place. There's not a lot in each cottage; it's like a cottage of maybe five residents. They're all like little houses and they all have their own rooms, but they eat together in a small area, which we felt was very good because with having a small amount of people in that area, they'll get more attention. We met the workers there, and they seemed very, very nice."

"I absolutely loved Sunflower Springs. I had a really good feeling about that place. They just didn't have memory care, but the people that live there were happy and the staff called them by their names. They had a library, an ice cream parlor, a place to get their hair done, and a little pub (where the ladies could go get ice cream and where men could go and have a talk if they wanted to). The rooms weren't huge, but they were set up nicely. I think they had a courtyard in the back too. There's not a lot of room in the front, it was just a parking lot; it was very nice out back. The person who gave us the tour was wonderful. I think he's not working there anymore. He actually took time off to go and stay with his dad, but everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. They also had a little hair salon and a movie room."

"It is one of the best facilities the staff is very friendly answered all my questions the rooms are beautiful. I was very impressed on how friendly the staff was I will definetly placing my loved ones here when the time comes."

"My father will move into Elevated Estates of New Port Richey. When we walked in, it was more home-like rather than institutional feeling. The people there were absolutely awesome. People who didn't even know who I was smiled and said hi. The people who live there seemed happy. We walked in during an activity, and they were all very engrossed in the activity. And the girl doing the activity had an energy level that was just amazing. They answered any question I had, and the few questions they did not know the answers to, she said she would get back to me the next day with the answers, and she did. She was very prompt. That was Dora that I talked with, and any questions I had along the way, she provided answers very quickly. I saw all three different-sized rooms and I chose the room that I thought my father would feel most comfortable in. The staff is amazing. I did not have a meal. However, when we had decided to select that location, I asked if I could come back and tour again with my father so that he could see the location and he could have a meal there when he toured it, and he was very, very happy. He said, "If I'm going to eat like this all the time, I'm going to get fat." He was very happy with the food. They have an outdoor area that has some umbrellas so that you can sit in the shade. They also have an enclosed sort of an inside outside area that is screened in, so there's no bugs, but you can have fresh air. There are ceiling fans and shades, so there's plenty of options to get fresh air."

"I like The Edwinola, but because of the Covid restrictions, I couldn't go inside the building. I love the old classic feeling of this structure. I think I would have enjoyed it there. I was outside the porch. This building is a landmark in Dade City. It's the tallest building in the city, and it was built in the early 1900s. They have a huge wrap-around front porch full of rocking chairs. Everybody out there seemed very friendly and open to talking. I have a French bulldog and she is an ESA, so she goes everywhere with me and they love her. The staff was very warm, courteous and professional."

"The visit was good, but the room was tiny so I am glad it didn’t work out there. The staff was nice. "

"My father is going to be moving to Sunflower Springs at Trinity in 2 weeks. I toured the place and saw the assisted living. It's a fairly new community and only about a year and a half old. Everything was clean and new. I liked the 1-bedroom apartment that my dad is going to be living in. I also liked their activities. I just got a very good vibe about the overall place, the cleanliness, and the concern of the staff. You get your 3 meals a day and all the activities. They have a van for its residents too and I know they take them out to some of the local stores to do shopping as well as outings."

"Our tour at Angels Senior Living at The Lodges of Idlewild was fine and the place looked good. The staff who gave us the tour was very nice and very informative. The place appeared very clean and also smelled good because they're cooking. We walked around the dining room and they showed us the menu, it was very nice and open with tables and chairs and not booths. It was a good-sized dining room."

"Angels Senior Living at The Reserves Of Idlewild was a newer facility. I like the room for my wife. They were repainting everything. I like the lady who took me on a tour there, and it looked like they had everything that we needed. They even set us up with a preferred rehab specialist there, so it was pretty amazing. They had a rehab center. They had three meals a day. They had different levels of care. They had a bus to take people around, a beauty shop, entertainment, and activities. It was a modern facility."

"I visited New Horizon of Inverness. The staff was very friendly, everybody seemed very happy, and nobody seemed depressed or ignored. There was a physical therapist bouncing around with an old lady, the administrator that took me around knew everybody by name, the the janitor was fantastic and very friendly. It's a very nice place, with a country setting, and very laid back. However, it was very expensive."

"American House Zephyrhills had a nice layout and a lot of activities, but it was over in the Zephyrhills area, which is a little bit further from me. There also weren't a lot of things to do outside. It's for someone that's not that mobile. The staff was really nice, and all the residents that I met seemed happy. They had studios and apartments available."
