"I went to see Sweet Water at Largo assisted living about a month ago. The tour experience was very positive. I liked the sense of community, the warmth from the caregivers, the cleanliness, and the ambiance. There wasn't anything I did not like. The staff was very friendly, warm, and seemed to be very caring and kind with the residents. The interactions that I saw were very kind. I did not taste it but the food smelled good and the dining room was beautiful. They had a community room, like most do, where they have planned activities and they do some virtual reality stuff and the typical exercise. Some of the rooms have patios and they have a courtyard. I saw some people gathered and they were chatting. It was a very awesome experience."

"We toured Elison Senior Living Community of Pinecrest. It was beautiful. It was like living in a nice apartment complex. It had a great restaurant. We could see people going in there to eat. Jennifer was amazing. She reached out to me again and said, I see you're going to come and tour us again. So she's given me a call and we've been talking. It was very nice and clean. It might be a little difficult for my dad to get around if he decides to go there right at first until he memorizes his way to get there. The lobby was beautiful, and where we toured was beautiful. He was looking at a studio at that point, and it was super nice. We only saw a little studio and it was tiny, but my dad doesn't really need much more than that."

"We toured Cottages at Belleair. Dawn, the girl who gave us a tour, was almost as good as the other two facilities. It was a pleasure to meet her and everything she did for us. She was a sweet lady. We had snacks, and she went out of the room and came back and got us all coffee. There was a little area where you could walk around outside, and a little wrought iron gates. You can go into each little area, where they specialize in memory care in one and something else in another, and it was nice as well."

"Units in assisted living are all private and of adequate size. Each unit has an updated private bathroom. All services are included in the monthly service fee. Which includes all meals. Assisted Living has nurse on staff and on site 24 hours a day. Assisted Living and Independent Living are all under one roof."

"I was very impressed with Magnolia Gardens Assisted Living. It really kind of checked off all the boxes that we were looking for. I really don't have anything negative to say about it. What I really liked was their apartments were more spacious than some of the others that I had visited. Also, it was within my mom's price range. Their dining area was lovely. The apartments were lovely. The facility looked very clean and very well run. I just got a really good vibe when I walked in. I really liked it there."

"Freedom Square of Seminole is great. We really like it. I really enjoyed meeting with some of the people there. They were really nice. The clients that were staying there spoke to us as we went by, and that was nice, too. The staff who gave the tour was very nice. We had a nice lunch there. The food was very good. The building was very clean."

"I went to tour here. It was nice, but not someplace that we would put my mom because it was sort of dingy. It wasn't dirty, it's just not bright and cheery, and the residents that were there were not people that she would connect with. It felt like there were a lot of men, and I just didn't get a good feeling of the place. But it wasn't that it wasn't clean or that they weren't pleasant, because they were. They just got bought out and they just put a new roof in and they're doing some painting and they're going to remodel the rooms and they're putting new flooring in. So they're going in the right direction. It just wasn't a big enough community. The person who gave the tour was very informative, she was very pleasant, she was just good and I liked her. They don't have enough activities from what I gathered from the staff. It sounded like they do a lot of things, but not really anything my mom would be interested in, so it wouldn't work for her. They just bring entertainment in and they do activities with them."

"I have two very spacious rooms and two baths as well as a beautiful porch. The one meal a day is always delicious and we're able to bring home anything we can't eat, which is often my dinner at night. The grounds are always beautiful and so well kept. We have a wealth of activities. Our staff are always so helpful and polite. It is really like being on a cruise without the water! I really love living here! Florence F."

"I guess there was a miscommunication on my appointment for Saturday. There was no one there to show me around. Finally, the activity director, interrupted her pickle game to come and show me the model room and answer a few questions. I was told someone would call me next week with prices, availability, etc."
