This facility is a congregate. The residents feel like they have family. The staff is amazing. The fact that the residents are healthy and happy is because of the Director, Montice. She is awesome, she cares and she makes sure each resident has what they need. Before picking Evergreen Manor, my son and I toured several other ALFs. We are very happy that my husband, and dad to our kids is at Evergreen Manor.

Evergreen Manor feels like home to the residents. They are treated with dignity and respect and well cared for. The staff is engaged and the residents are happy. The cost is very reasonable as well. The chef makes sure that the residents are eating delicious food too.

My mother stayed at Evergreen Manor. The atmosphere was friendly and warm. The owners were very attentive and they treated the residents as family.They also took the residents for walks outside the facility. Each resident had their own separate rooms. The food was really delicious and tasty.
