Crystal Palms is bad; it's dump and dreary, there was nothing much going on, and they had Alzheimer's patients, which I didn't like. The place was such a turn-off for me. It was an older building and it was falling apart. It wasn't well maintained, wasn't decorated, and wasn't kept-up. You would probably get better care in the country homes than there.
