St. John XXIII Villas was very clean, and very well organized. They have a lot of amenities. They have a community room, a swimming pool, a game room, a dining room, a library, and a computer room. The people in the office and the staff were very courteous, very professional, very congenial, very helpful, and very thorough. There weren't any bad attributes. I was very impressed with how the place was kept and how organized it was. The apartments were very well suited for seniors. There were grab bars in the bathroom, alarms around the apartment, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors. It was also just walking distance of a Catholic Church. Parking was easy and accessible. You didn't have to walk far to get to the main entrance.
