I toured Ingleside Assisted Living LLC. They showed me a room with a roommate. The staff was friendly, but she seemed to have something else on her mind. She wasn't fully committed to the tour, which put me off. She'd put me off because our tour was supposed to be earlier, and she put it off until after we saw the independent living. And I didn't know whether she did that on purpose or because she didn't have time. The facility looked pretty clean. They showed me two rooms, one of which was cluttered and dirty, but because the girl who was cleaning was in the room before that, I assumed she was going to that room next. I felt very welcomed as they went to find the salesgirl or director who was supposed to show me the Ingleside Assisted Living LLC. I don't know if it has private rooms, and if it did, I might consider it, but I have a dog, and I can't pin him up in a little room.

Ingleside Homes Assisted Living LLC has a single full room, a room with double, and studios. They are clean and nice. If it wasn't nice, I would not be putting my mother in a place like that. They have physical therapy, a barbershop, and a hairdresser. You can go and come back. They have bus services taking you down shopping and the workers are kind and nice. For security, they have doors where you just can't walk out. You got to press the buttons and the rooms inside have alarms. There's one in the bathroom where if you slip and fall, you could pull the string and there's like a fire alarm outside the room. It's a nice, safe place. I liked it. The staff is well-informed. They helped us with Medicaid and they told me who to call. They have their own lawyer for elderly people. They set me up for appointments and it took the burden off of me. They have a nurse room for each floor and they come around and check you out. As a matter of fact, a doctor comes in once a month and visits the residents.
