Arbors of Hop Brook was very clean and very updated. The place was very well kept. The decorations and the interior design were all very updated. It's very nice and very pleasant there. I went with the family, and we checked in. Whoever was at the desk was very pleasant, and that would be the only staff I would have had anything to do with. The food was good.

My tour at Arbors of Hop Brook was excellent. The woman that gave me the tour was very knowledgeable. She had been working there for a long time. She showed me all the rooms and all the activity rooms and the cafeteria. I was very pleased with her tour. The rooms were good. They were big. They had a mini kitchen as opposed to the full kitchen that you get through the other facility. They had an exercise area and a library.
