I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My friend has lived there for 5 months and the garage has been broken into, the garage gate has been broken for at least 3 weeks and the freight elevator has been down for a few days. Unfortunately, the residents have to park on the street which is inconvenient and the building has had plumbing issues. Due to these issues, my friend now has had to pay enormous fees to opt out of the lease and find a safer and healthier environment to live in.

Hello, We are sorry to hear that your friend has communicated some negative items about our community. We are not aware of any of the elevators being down recently. The freight elevator is used for all move ins and move out so maybe the time you tried to use it was being utilized for a move. We offer a spacious parking garage within the community that is available to all residents that reside here. We do have a few residents that choose to parking on the street but do have access to the two level garage. We would love to discuss any concerns Nancy may have in depth so please have her reach out.
