"My mom is at Sky Pointe. It's excellent. The cost is one thing I like about it. It's a brand-new facility so the finishes are nice, the food is good, and the staff is very caring. She likes the food. The facilities are excellent. They have all kinds of activities like bingo and stretching. There is always something going on. The value for the money is excellent. Her room is a two-bedroom, two-bath, and it's very nicely done."

"We were pleased with The Meridian (Englewood). It was clean, quite a lot of staff, very friendly, and more within our budget. It was not as new as the other place, but it was renovated, and it did look very nice. We saw a couple of apartments, and they were fairly spacious and comfortable. It was well decorated, comfortable, and smelled very wonderful. A couple of the residents told us they enjoyed the food very much. There were one-bedroom and two-bedrooms available on one floor, which was a full-time nursing facility, and those were shared rooms. They had movie nights, sing alongs, some activities, and transportation to the grocery store, to the library, and other specific events. It was a very good option. "

"I live at Arbor View Senior Living. The grounds are beautiful, except they could use a little more care in each apartment. They leave it like that because some people like to garden, and I'm not a gardener, so mine is kind of full of weeds around my front part. The staff is wonderful though. They're all very nice. They offer crafts, games, cards, classes, reading, and puzzles. They offer everything you could think of. They have a lot of good activities. The dining area is a little tight at times, and the food is up and down. Sometimes it's below average or sometimes it's what I would expect. It could use improvement. The community is kind of expensive, but compared to some of these other places, it'd be mediocre."

"Brookdale University Park was very nice, accommodating, and high-class. Their staff was very friendly, their food was amazing, and I really like their apartments. They talked about their social hours where they go out to various shopping centers. The place was very clean."

"This place is very good, I live here for 12 months and has great affection and haste with 2 employees who are exceptional Patrícia P. from the administration and Juan D., they are friendly and attentive people, they never fail to serve me quickly and always with a positive result ! I recommend this place for anyone to live, although the value is quite salty!"

"My dad is doing very well at MorningStar of Arvada Independent Living. It's a great place. It's an amazing community. The level of care and the things they did for my mom in memory care within 24 hours was amazing. They supported my dad throughout the process and made sure that when my mom did pass away, they right away helped him find an independent living suite there so we could just move things from memory care without having to find another whole place. The place is beautiful with lots of things planned for residents to do. Everyone there is very kind and nurturing. When you walk in the place, it feels good and right. I cannot say enough good things about it. The food was delicious, great, and healthy. They have a chef who helps people with whatever specific needs they may have and he will cook specific things. They have lots of choices. The place is like a 5-star hotel so it really is nice. They have Happy Hour, meet and greet, painting classes, movie nights, game nights, take them out on a bus to different places within the community, concerts, and they have choirs coming in. It is expensive, but looking at other places, this place is well worth it because it's brand new."

"I have chosen them for my husband. I like that it's more of a home-type setup. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. They made me feel at ease. Activities were going on and it was a more free-moving situation. We saw one-bedroom apartments and they were good. They provided privacy to the individuals, which gives them a level of dignity. We went to the dining room and then there was a TV room and we got to see the outside area. There's a deck with a grill and table and chairs and then there's a garden area and a very large backyard. I was quite impressed with that. I liked it. The facility was quite clean. We saw the memory care and I liked that it was very secure. You couldn't go in and out, and the doors were locked down. Everything worked out as far as my needs, my husband's needs, and location."

"Springbrooke was very nice, but my mother-in-law didn't want to move even though it's near where she lives now. It was in good shape and very clean. She met a lady in there which really helped because I know that if she meets some people she would would want to try and move in. The lady who was in charge of getting people took us on a tour. All the people looked happy. It's not that far from the house. The apartments were nice and had eveything they needed. The food was good. For me, the portions were a little small, but it was adequate. They gave people enough time to eat, and people kept coming and going because you don't have to be there at a set time, so that was good. "

"I just moved in. I chose it because I liked it. The staff is really good people. The room is adequate; it is a great place. "

"My father in law moved at Quincy Place a week after we toured it. Everything was great, and everybody has been wonderful and helpful. We have absolutely nothing but good comments about them. They have some activities during the week; they play cards, and they have some games. I think once a month a musician comes in and they have a concert. They have also gone on a bus trips. Everything has been great. We have eaten there a few times, the food has been very good, and the service has been excellent. "

"I did not like Keystone Place at Legacy Ridge because of the price. Other than that, everything was really nice. Everyone was very professional, but the place was just cost-prohibitive. Everything was clean and appropriative. Everyone was knowledgeable and pleasant. "

"My mom was at Vi at Highlands Ranch. It is a care center with three floors. On the top floor is the assisted living, the middle floor is rehab and skilled nursing, and the ground floor is memory. She and her husband were there. It was a very expensive place. They have three residents to two CNAs. "
