"I researched many home health care companies before deciding on Accelerated Home HealthCare. My mother needed care and didn't want to leave her home of 25 years. They were so accommodating and she loves the staff that take care of her. I feel that I made the best decision for my mother and am glad she is happy. I would recommend this company for your loved ones."

"My experience with Alternative Home Health Care Connection has been excellent. The caregivers are excellent, and they provide complete care. They range my legs, they do my ball program, they clean me up, and they help me in and out of bed. I've using them for over two years now. I don't pay for them -- the State of Colorado does. They come a couple of times a day. "

"I was home alone, casted with a broken ankle, and medically unstable. Centura came ONE time for the intake and never returned. They had orders for a nurse, HHA, PT, OT, CNA, and LCSW but no one came for 8 days. I phoned 2x a day, but was given a rude answer by the supposed case managers. Do not request this place. There is no follow through and they leave patients with no care. "

"Somebody from 24-7 BrightStar Healthcare came to our house 2-3 hours every few days a week for my husband. However, they did not have adequate number of caregivers in our area. The caregiver came but not on the days that we wanted. The caregiver was nice, we liked her. It would be better if they had more caregivers in our area. "

"This agency was referred to me, yetI have been very unhappy with everything about them. They've been around since the early 1980s, I hear they once were worthwhile but drastically faltered recently. My social worker recommended them, and when a younger person took over her caseload, I talked to him about this, he told my he has heard the same complaint over and over again about this company. CNAs regularly fail to show, then the office won't answer the phone when I try to get a replacement. One CNA, her hygiene is lacking, I remind her weekly, "Wash your hands after handling waste." Or, "Please! Put on latex gloves." Plus, she regularly doesn't shower or brush her teeth before going to work, and I have heard the same about her from friends of mine who have used this agency. I have an access code to enter my building, and every time a new CNA is sent for the first time they can't get in the building because the scheduler didn't give them the code. Another CNA refuses to help me put my laundry away or help me fix breakfast, "Because it's not in the careplan." When I pleaded for help emptying the dryer and getting breakfast, she said she had instructions from the agency owner never to help me with those things. I now have a new agency and would recommend anybody but Health in Home. "

"So far, Bayada Home Health - Denver has been excellent. What they do and what they say they're going to do is just excellent. The physical therapist, the occupational therapist, the bather, the social worker, and the nurse are all doing exactly what you would hope they do. The management is doing fine. "

"We have someone from Argus come in and stay with my mom 3 days a week, and it seems to be working fine. The caregiver is very reliable, and we appreciate that. My mom is getting more comfortable with her. She helps her out with bathing, cooking, light housekeeping, and making sure that she doesn’t fall when she goes to the restroom. I have no complaints. "

"I had called several agencies and All State Home Health is the ones who provided a caregiver to my daughter. The caregiver that they provided is a good match for my daughter. She can really communicate to my daughter although my daughter could not talk. She really speaks well and she is friendly with my daughter. "

"After bringing mother home from the hospital, the doctor recommended Home Health Care Professionals to help with her skilled needs. It was difficult to get her out post surgery of a total hip , and the staff helped me immensely by coming to the home. All of the staff were professional, experienced an compassionate. My mother had skilled nursing care for wound care, physical therapy for walking and to obtain maximum function of her new knee. I was delighted with the Occupational therapist, who evaluated her and assisted with all her activities of daily living for dressing and bathing needs. The home Heath helped with bathing and light housekeeping. Mother recuperated quickly and was able to move back to her own home functioning well. I am so appreciative of The care Home Health Care a Professions provided and give them the highest recommendation. "

"When my mother was diagnosed with multiple myeloma we had never heard of her diagnosis and were so traumatized by the disease we never thought of care. Denver hospice provided all of the support we needed (including a volunteer that came and sat with her so we could go do errands). When she had to go to the center for her last weeks the team took excellent care of her and we were treated like family. The nurses, chaplain, social worker all were very helpful and answered questions throughout the day and hight. "

"Astra health care is the best! They have the nicest nurse and physical therapist! I had surgery and the wound got infected. I went home with IV's and it was a long recovery. The nurse even called me to make sure I was feeling ok even on a day she wasn't scheduled to come. When I had any questions I called the office and they were nice and responded immediately. I will want to have them back if I ever need home help again! I would recommend them to all my family! "

"We have hospice care coming from TRU Community Care. I think they are wonderful, really responsive, easy to access, and attentive to my mom's needs. They try to find ways not only to support my mom but to support everybody in the family because she's part of the hospice care. They are, in general, a high-quality service. They are always following up with whatever they offer, but especially the way that they treat my mom, and it gives me peace of mind because it's easy to trust them. I've been using them for over three weeks now. We have a social worker that comes and also a nurse that comes once a week, for now, to check her vitals and make sure that she's comfortable and things like that."
