I currently receive services from this business. I am so thankful for all the help they provide to me. I have a nurse and a caregiver. I feel as they have become a part of my family. I can no longer do many of the things I used to do, and my caregiver helps with all of those duties. I am forever grateful for her care. My nurse helps me with my medications. She is so good at being a nurse! Without these two I would not be able to stay in my home, as I live alone. I hope everyone has the care I get with Allstate.

I have been using All State for my husband for several years. It upsets me some users have had a bad experience. I truly appreciate and value the care we receive from this company. I am able to reach someone in the office any time of day or night, and I know all of the supervisors by name. The caregivers we have are mostly all good. If we have a problem with anyone, they are very understanding and send out a new caregiver. We will continue to use this agency!

I have been with All State Home Health for over a year now. They provide me with people to help me with my laundry, cooking, and help with bathing. I have been happy with just about every person that comes into my home. If I am unhappy with an aide, I let the agency know and they find a replacement as soon as they can. They always listen to my concerns and try to match me with someone they think will work well with my needs.

I would definitely NOT recommend this company for home health services. I gave 2 stars only because the home nurses were very good. The physical therapy services provided by this company are sorely lacking however. The physical therapist that was assigned to me was consistently not on time, either showing up 20 minutes early for our session or half an hour late, all without notice. When HE did arrive, HE did not really do much and usually was there for no more than 20 to 25 minutes. The final "discharge" session, consisted of my signing out of future services and lasted less than 15 minutes. Yet I was billed for 52 minutes. When I contacted the owner, I was basically shuffled around to other people and she was unwilling to make any type of adjustment on the bill.I feel this is a ripoff to the insurance company as well as the paying customer and this company did not hold up to their fiduciary duty to do right by their client.

Very bad experience with this agency. They are bonded but when I reported the aide had stolen from me it just ended up being my loss. She found the key to a locked drawer and took my savings. As far as I'm concerned there is no doubt she did it. This was one of many bad experiences with this agency. Very disappointed.
