I used to help out here when i was in high school in order to fullfill high school community service. I helped with alot of things that ranged from cleaning the facilities to helping give meds to the the elderly to even cleaning moving furniture of the actual apartment like facilities. Overall it was very clean and seemed to take very good care of the place. I took a star off because it is not very big so they do not have a very big place to hold many residents.

I am the long time friend of an elderly person who has been an Accelerated client for years. The help received is unreliable and often rude. Sometimes help does not show up that day, or when they do, they are one to two hours late, they do not stay the scheduled time and are often on the phone. They have yelled at my friend. Meals are over cooked tv dinners and left overs brought by others (also over cooked). The house is very dirty and they claim they can't figure out how to run the washing machine so they don't do laundry. My friend is afraid to change companies in case they would be worse.

The workers are friendly and knowledgeable when here BUT, poor communications between staff and employees have resulted in no shows and/or lates. In 6 Weeks I've had at least 10 different people to train. Think twice if are really counting on a company to be there for you.

I have had alot of experience with numerous home health agencies and never thought, there was one out there, who took a client and made them their number one priority. I have been truly blessed to have had the experience of working with Accelerated Home Health Care and I wouldn't want any other agency in my home, because no one could compare with the understanding, patience, and care that they offer, to the families and clients they take on. It was truly a pleasure. B.B.

I researched many home health care companies before deciding on Accelerated Home HealthCare. My mother needed care and didn't want to leave her home of 25 years. They were so accommodating and she loves the staff that take care of her. I feel that I made the best decision for my mother and am glad she is happy. I would recommend this company for your loved ones.
