I moved here. It just fit with what I was looking for. They seem to be very friendly. My room is very large, and it is very nicely set up, and they have just renovated it. The food is very good. They play card games, do exercise every day, and have occasional sing-alongs and trips to local stores and restaurants and things like that. They have a lot of resident parking near to various entrances, so you don't have to walk a long way.

I chose here for my parents. The best thing I like is working with the individual that does all the coordination for new residents. He's a super individual. He has facilitated everything including helping with my contractor who is conducting the actual physical move of items from the house to the apartment, to making arrangements for them to get all their pre-qualification completed like medical screening, and coordination with my parents' medical team and all of those logistical things. We dined there and the food wasn't exceptional. But when you're used to eating in nice restaurants that can be expected. The staff was great though. The place was clean. I understand they have a lot of activities but when I was there, I didn't get a chance to witness any of the activities. I had an awareness of them, and they had a calendar up and so on. When I was there, it was a relaxed kind of sleepy environment where there wasn't a lot of noise being made. And if I compare the size of the rooms with some of the others, it's probably higher. We ended up with a two-bedroom for my parents, and we're very fortunate that we got a balcony, too, so that gives you a little more outdoor space.
