The facility definitely seemed sufficient. It wasn't the most beautiful building and the interior wasn't exactly impressive, but it was certainly sufficient. By and large, my grandmother's room provided enough space, had a window, and was clean. The staff seemed friendly; they treated my grandma quite kindly and were very hospitable to visitors such as me. They all seemed knowledgeable and properly trained. The only gripe would be that they seemed a tad bit understaffed; there were a few instances where my grandma had to wait a while (greater than 4 minutes) before staff could come when she called them. While I seemed to think the staff generally was doing a good job, my grandmother had a lesser opinion of them. I can't compare this facility to others since this is the only facility my family has taken my grandmother to (she lives with us normally), but I would rate it at least a 7 out of 10. The location was central to the city and parking was easy as well.
