Colorado Springs Senior Homes feels like home. The staff is kind, caring, and always helpful. The house is clean and welcoming, and families are kept in the loop. It’s a relief knowing loved ones are treated with care and respect every day.

I got to tour Colorado Springs Senior Homes, Inc. We met with the owner, I thought he was very nice and very helpful. He even extended that even if we didn't choose that place, he could still help us with questions and that kind of thing. What did not work for us is that my dad would need his own bathroom, but the bathroom is out of his room and in the hall. That was kind of like one drawback for us. I felt like the place needs some updating and repair. They have a common space and a common kitchen. The room was really small, you could fit a bed, a dresser, and a small nightstand. But beyond that, you couldn't fit much more in it.

I live in house #6 there is a bed bug still there they spray for them and have bedbugs still I live here for 1 years have not gotten them gone the bedbugs are still here we have a someone that go out all day long 7 days a week and go where the bedbugs are at and does not stay at here he sleep here eats them go out side to bring the bedbugs back

I did not like Colorado Springs Senior Homes at all. When we went in, there was no place to sit down. I would not let my mother live there. When you walk in, there's a little kitchen and a dining area, and couch and some chairs to watch TV, then you walk down the hall with several rooms on either side. The room was so tiny. They had bingo. The nurse on duty was in charge of taking care of everybody. The place was so dark and dreary-looking, which I didn't like. The person who toured me around was nice though.

This provider community has a reputation for high quality delivery of assisted living services to their residents. Their staff is extremely caring, turnover is low, and the residents are like family. They are absolutely wonderful.
