We provide daily meals to all our residents. This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. We work with our residents and primary care physicians to identify dietary requirements on a case by case basis. Menus are created based on these requirements and posted weekly at the common area. During our house meetings, we solicit feedback and suggestions from our clients, their family members or other representatives in order to improve our services. We provide made to order dishes featuring top quality beef, chicken, and seafood, fresh fruits and vegetables, homemade pastries and desserts.

Cardan Manor provides affordable, person-centered, quality care in a home environment to seniors who have reached the stage in their lives where they need assistance in initiating and/or completing activities that are required to live independently. The average age in our community is 72. Favorite things to do include group discussions on current affairs, elder exercise, resident council, movie nights and bus rides to the museum, library, gym or restaurants.

It has nearby shopping, greenbelts and trails, a library, a private recreation center, a highly acclaimed elementary school, close proximity to golf at the public Meadow Hills Golf Course (1.5 miles), horseback riding, nature walks and boating/fishing at Cherry Creek State Park (2 miles), pioneer living history and natural history at the Plains Conservation Center (3.2 miles), E-470 public toll road (3.8 miles), and the ease of light rail public transportation (2.5 miles).
Cardan Manor at Killarney is located in The Conservatory, approximately 12 miles south east of Denver, and minutes from the popular Southlands shopping center. Community has large garden-like open spaces, 3 parks and an extensive trail system for hiking and biking. Community has bordering undeveloped land and expansive front range mountain views.
