We've toured Seasons Senior Apartments at San Juan Capistrano. It's refreshingly clean and new. The layout is very convenient for seniors such as me, I'm 80. We haven't moved in yet, so I have no relationship with the staff but the leasing office, has been very professional, very thorough, and very knowledgeable. I'm moving from a four-bedroom single-family home into a two-bedroom-one-bath new home for my wife and me. We're downsizing, so I'm having a little emotional shock from how small it feels compared to where I've been. It has no relationship I'm sure to how it'll be once we downsize our existing furniture and other things, but the accommodation appears that it's going to work, it's just very small. They have an exercise room with stationary electric bicycles. They have a swimming pool; however, it's not heated, which is a little disappointing. They also have a warm Jacuzzi, but that's about the extent of their exercise facilities. The premises are nice. There are lovely walkways and greenways. They're pet friendly. We have a small breed dog, so they're used to having people with small breed dogs walk through the area. It's a coastal community. It's going to be very nice.
