Riverside Country Club Mobile was small but the grounds were very well kept up. We've spoken to the manager several times, and she's a very nice lady. I like it because it's small and I know exactly where it is. It's right in the area that we would like to live in, and it's very quiet. That's what we especially like about the grounds. The lady during the tour was very nice. Usually when we've gone in and spoken with her, she's given us a little rundown on each mobile home that we've looked at, because each time you go in and look at a mobile home in that park, you have to be prequalified. We've been prequalified twice. We looked at three mobile homes in there. The price is right. It's a small park, and it seems like everybody likes living there because there were no openings. They have a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a workout room, and once a month they invite people for a breakfast event. I really want to live in that park. It's a very nice park, it has just about everything that we would want in a mobile home park, and it's not too big. The dining area was very well kept up and very clean. They have long tables where you can sit, and the tables have tablecloths on them. The dining area was very big, nice, clean, and comfy.

I will be moving in Riverside Country Club Mobile Home Park in a couple of weeks from now. It is a group of mobile homes and all the people that live here have to be over 55. It is all gated wherein you have to have a clicker to get in or out, so it is very secure place. They got many senior activities. They also have all the amenities of a senior living community, like a gymnasium, a swimming pool, and a central place for meetings and dinners just to name a few. It is a very pretty place.
