I visited Overture Riverwalk 55+ Apartment Homes and I liked it a lot. I wish it were a little closer and Orange County would be better, but I really liked it. I spoke to somebody a couple of days ago and I think there is one or two coming available early December, a one-bedroom, so we're thinking about it. The staff members were very nice and helpful. Everything looked really nice.

I'm at Overture Riverwalk. I have only been her a little bit, but so far they seem pleasant. My apartment is fine. It is a two-bedroom, two-bath. Overture Riverwalk has a long hallway, which I knew about, so I can't complain. I'm waiting for a scooter because I have a hard time trying to get around. Because of the epidemic, everybody is keeping to themselves, but the atmosphere is pleasant.

I loved my tour at Overture Riverwalk, the staff was very professional and I'm considering moving there. The whole community, I just love it, it's the kind of place that I want to live. They have quite a few activities for the residents like a casino night, the gym, and they have a pool room. The staff who gave me the tour there wasn't the regular person, but they were able to answer all my questions. Their dining room was beautiful. Their room was adequate in terms of size.

Overture Riverwalk was nice, but it was too far away from us. It's independent living and their apartments have a full kitchen. They have a recreation room, a pool, and exercise room. They have all the amenities and everything. The staff that I met there was very nice and professional.

I love Overture Riverwalk. The tour was very informational, and the facility was very nice. They have a gym, media room, chapel, computer room, game room, barbecue, pool, and spa. The room I saw was beautiful and has just been remodeled. I just didn't like the fact that they were asking to run a credit check and a fee for each of us. My wife and I are married, we've never filed bankruptcy, we've never defaulted on anything, and we're not two people, we're one person. We were there on time for our appointment, and the manager didn't know nothing about it.

I am not really satisfied with Overture. The facility is OK, but the personality of the people that run the place isn’t good. There were things that needed to be fixed but were not taken care of right away. They need to improve on communication.
