The layout of Villa Pacifica Senior Community was very good. It had wide doorways, large bathrooms, and all that, so if I had to use my wheelchair I could, or I could use my prosthetics. The staff was very good, very pleasant and very accommodating. We are waiting for a ground floor apartment because it is a three-story building and I prefer the ground floor, so they have been very accommodating in working with me on that. The apartments are very nice. It is a one-bedroom apartment with a decent size bedroom and living room, a very large bathroom, and a small kitchen area. They have some activities and all that. They have Bingo every week and many things going on, but I am not that familiar because I was not concentrating on that. I'll see about the rest when I move in, but so far it looks fine; the staff has been very kind, attentive, and courteous.

This is a multistory apartment community for independent 55+. It's located on a busy street with plenty of shopping nearby. The office is hard to find; I had to ask for help finding it. The grounds are clean (lots of roses) and there's plenty of parking. The entrances are secured with coded entry. The apartments are clean with rates based on income and start around $700 per month for a one bedroom. The only negative was the reception I received; not very friendly or eager to give me a tour.
