I visited Trajan Villa in Orangevale. The owners were very nice, kind, and caring. The home was small but comfortable. The residents all appeared to be enjoying each others company. It's well kept and clean. I believe they have a maximum of six residents they can accommodate, and they have both private and shared rooms. It's just a house in a neighborhood, and it's well maintained on the outside. For activities, I think they said that they try to find out what each person likes and to offer what they can. They said sometimes it's difficult to get them involved, though. For staff, the owners live there -- I think they're a couple -- and then they have alternating 24/7 staff.
