I wasn't happy with the room at Heaven's Grace Care Home. It was very tiny and it had an outdoor door that I wasn't happy with. The owner didn't introduce me to any caregivers. It was like no one was around. I wasn't happy with that specific house, but the lady was very nice. The facility was OK and seemed clean.
