"It was nice. It had a larger building, but I did not care for the layout of the unit. It was a 2-bed, 1-bath, and my parents wanted 2-baths, so it did not fit their need. The place was clean. It was right in the corner of a busy road, but it had everything the rest of them had. It was larger and had more units. The person that assisted was very nice and very informative. They had been following up with me, and they called and said that they had a two-bedroom opening up."

"The place is beautiful, the ocean is literally right there. As soon as you walk in you notice how clean it is and how beautiful. Theres people of all ages i believe its 55 and up. And they looked happy unlike other places we looked. It didnt look like they were being caged inside the whole time. We viewed the rooms which were beautiful lots of space and a big bathroom. We also toured the kitchen seemed like it had pretty good food for a retirement home. All the staff was super nice which was great made us feel very welcome. However there was one small down fall. Because it was sooo nice it was on the expensive side so we chose not to go there. Basically you get what you pay for. "

"La Costa Glen looked nice and well kept. They had an indoor pool, tennis court, and exercise room. The dining area looked very nice. There was a mixture of buildings with some one-story buildings, some apartments, and some townhouses."

"My husband is on the waiting list of Meadowbrook Village is a lovely place. The facilities look beautiful, and the person who gave me the tour was good. They had a guitar player singing Christian music while we were visiting there."

"We are still traveling allot and the move to Casa has simplified so much. I no longer have to worry about broken sprinklers, fallen trees or security. We feel much safer and our social life has expanded exponentially. There are so many interesting and friendly people here. Most importantly, our daughter now realizes what a wonderful gift we've given her because she will always be our daughter and never have to be our caregiver."
