Inspirations Home Care Vi is 100% clean. The staff is courteous and goes beyond what is required. They're very kind to my mother-in-law and she loves it there. She wants to be at home but since she can't be at home, she loves the way that they treat her there. They're very timely with making sure she gets all of her medication like refills and things like that. Any assistance that she needs from a doctor, they always make sure that she gets that and lets us know whenever there is a need for a doctor to see her. They're wonderful. My mother-in-law is very particular in her food and she says that most of the time the food is very good. Sometimes she doesn't like what they fix. Their price is very reasonable to me.

We toured Inspirations Home Care, and it's an exceptionally beautiful place. They have great staffing. It's a wonderful atmosphere, and it's friendly. The residents are extremely well cared for. The home itself is kept up extremely well and set up beautifully for the type of care that they give. The administrator gave us the tour. Her name was Noelle, and she was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and kind, and she had a good rapport with the residents. She doesn't give the care, but while we were there during the tour, she had a very good rapport with the health care workers and the residents. They do exercise. They also do walks to the park and some of the other homes and have lunch so that they can socialize with some of the other residents at the other places. They take a look at the residents what they want to do. Our mother-in-law loves to do jigsaw puzzles, so they can set that up for her. It's nice, and we are really happy with it. The staff was happy. They looked vibrant, energetic, and very positive like they were enjoying their job. They'll also fix meals according to the likes of what each individual has. When we went there, one of the residents was eating what looked like a wonderful breakfast, sitting at a very clean table.
