Abellavida is a three-acre estate offering luxury living at its finest. This elegant, but welcoming home is located in a beautiful upscale residential area in north Phoenix, AZ, and is conveniently located off Highway 17.

We have no surprises or added fees. Our basic care plan includes medical management, transportation, assistance with activities of daily living, laundry and cleaning services, furnished rooms, and all the nutritious and delicious food you can eat. Residents are responsible for medical and prescription copays only.

At Abellavida, our residents are enabled to lead rich and meaningful lives. We collaborate with each resident and their families to develop a care plan that meets the resident's unique and personal needs.

Residents of our assisted living program have access to our team of compassionate caregivers around the clock. For residents with Alzheimer's or another form of dementia, our memory care program is led by a team of certified healthcare professionals who provide the comprehensive and compassionate care necessary to improve and retain the highest quality of life.

We understand the value of eating right to support cognitive and physical health. Our menu planner works with nutritionists to create delicious and healthy meal options, carefully considering each resident's preferences and dietary restrictions.

Living a fulfilled life means pursuing hobbies and interests that encourage personal growth. At Abellavida, we offer a variety of activities and amenities designed to do just that. Activities like music therapy, crafts, exercise classes, seated yoga, gardening, or simply relaxing in our meditation garden encourage residents to pursue personal growth and fulfillment each day. Residents can enjoy an active lifestyle with over a quarter mile of walking paths. We offer a variety of outdoor activities, including bicycling, golf, bocce ball, and croquet. We frequently add activities and events to ensure that our residents stay engaged and fulfilled.

Residents can entertain guests, enjoy outdoor meals, and visit with our resident golden retriever mascots Tucker and Harper. We are a pet-friendly home! Pets are part of the family and are welcome for free!
