Hillcrest Assisted Living had a vacancy so I was able to get into the facility. I like the place because it's nice. The rooms are very clean and very spacious. I am able to use my wheelchair. It's not too bright, but it was clean. The staff were nice as they could be.

Emmyrose

This is a private home facility with five residents. The home and grounds are fairly well maintained. They have private and semi-private rooms. The bathrooms are handicapped equipped. The rooms are average size bedrooms. They do housekeeping and laundry. They offer three home cooked meals and snacks. The food is ok. They do all three levels of care. They have a nurse who comes in and on call. The manager lives on site. All caregivers are certified. Transport is left to family. They schedule daily activities as movies, exercise, and games. There is a lady who comes in to do crafts and other activities. They have a backyard and patio with grass. I was not impressed with the staff or environment.
