Good Hands Adult Home Care LLC is amazing! We were very concerned about using a Home Health Facility and after meeting Ramona and touring her place, our fears and concerns were at peace. The place is immaculate and Dad was well taken care of and always very safe, clean and happy. As a family, we were welcome to visit anytime. You can tell this is not a job for Ramona but truly WHO she is. The communication is excellent and we always felt updated and in the loop regarding Dad’s care and medical needs. Ramona and her staff truly care about the people entrusted to them and her place is set up with the clients and their families as their focus. We are truly grateful and blessed to have found Good Hands Adult Home Care!

Good Hands Adult Home Care LLC was wonderful. They waited on my husband, they took care of his needs, and he was always very clean. I have nothing bad to say about them, they were excellent, and they were so compassionate and loving. They were deeply saddened when my husband died. The home was so clean, it was immaculate, and I did not find anything out of place or messy. My husband’s room was always very clean, very neat, and it was good. The staff would always greet me with a hug and a smile, they were always very compassionate and professional, and they were just wonderful to my husband. They were very good to make sure there was always food for the feeding tube, and I never found anything wrong. It was worth every penny, and they gave me a refund after he passed since he wasn't there a full month. The food they prepared for the other patients looked very good, very healthy, and delicious.
