We went down to Pacifica Senior Living Paradise Valley today. I liked it. The people were friendly. It was very nice, very open, and a very homey environment. They had a studio and a one-bedroom. They were very nice and I had no problems with them at all. They showed the activity room and there was some exercising, they had bingo night, Super Bowl party nights, and they had dancing. I saw a library. They encourage you to walk, which is good. The menu looks very nice and very healthy.

I love this place. Thank you for taking care of my mama. The staff is excellent. I took care of her at home for years and this allows both of us to be able to do the things we like.

The pandemic has made a bad situation truly horrible. But, the staff here has done their best to be positive, helpful and upbeat. They are caring and competent people who provide the residents with comfort and individual attention. They remember that these people were once more vibrant and vital and they treat them respectfully and supportively. i am pleased with the level of contact they make with me to let me know how my dearly loved one is doing and what he needs.
