This is a new building and it is very nice but it has the growing pains of new construction - lots of this and that , that doesn’t work. The apartments are nice and new but poorly laid out .. too much wasted space. The food is passable most of the time, but nothing to rave about and the service is spotty at best , but they do try. Services that were promised ( p.t., nursing ,etc) are non existent so far.

My friend is in ACOYA Shea. It's fabulous. We chose it because it was new. The staff is very helpful. The food is a five. They have movie nights, trivia, a beauty salon, a gym, and a fitness center.
