This facility has 5 residents. The bedrooms are private and semi-private,They have two bathrooms which are fully handicapped equipped This a very nice and clean home. It has a large fenced in backyard. There is a patio and they bbq. The staff does all laundry and housekeeping. The food is home cooked three meals and snacks.It appears good and nutritious. They have a living room for television and movies and a family room where they do games such as bingo,cards, and dominoes. They have a piano so do music and sing-a-long, the residents go out to activities at the Chandler Senior Center. They celebrate each residents birthday and include family. All staff is certified. They have 4 staff members so someone there 24/7. They have an RN on call if needed. Residents go out to their appointments. They do not transport. The staff seems to care well for residents. I was not really impressed with interaction. Though the home is clean and residents appear taken care of, I was not impressed with the interaction. Also, I felt that activities were limited as they have no transport.
