I toured Cadence Chandler. They have nice rooms, and a big variety of choices from small studios up to two bedrooms. They had their combination of independent, assisted living, and memory care. It's a nice facility. Everything looked fine. Everything looks satisfactory. They have lots of programs. Lots of things to do during the day. They have various activities like card games, yoga, and exercise. They have a pool and they have an exercise room. Diana was helpful and very courteous. She showed me around.

My husband and I have moved to Cadence Chandler. They have very caring and friendly people, excellent service, great food, and varied activities. They have chair yoga, bingo, and Rummikub, and we had a couple of trips coming up; going to a museum and on a lake cruise. There's a lot to do here, and it's a brand-new facility that's very nice. They also provide housekeeping once a week, a fitness room, a pub, and there's what they call a lifestyle room where a lot of activities can be held, it's like a multipurpose room, there's also a hair salon and a library. They also have a bistro where you can have snacks. We have a 2-bedroom apartment, and the space is just good enough.

Cadence Living Chandler is a lovely place and they have a whole lot of wonderful amenities. It would be, from what I saw, a great place to live. They have a lot of activities. I liked everything we saw. I didn't see anything much that we didn't like at all. What my husband specifically liked was that they had a great arts and crafts room. It's a very sunny, open, bright arts and crafts room. We liked the fact that you can eat any time of the day, get juice, some water, or if you want some wine any time of the day, just come and get it. There are a lot of really nice amenities for those who can afford them. You don't have to bring anything. They have everything that's supposed to be in the kitchen, and they have the washer and dryer. The staff during the tour was very amenable. She showed me everything and she described everything to me and answered all my questions. I already had a friend that lived there and she invited us over for lunch. They have a pool, outdoor spaces, and a garden.

I am living in Cadence Living Chandler. I liked the all-inclusive environment, three meals a day, variety of different activities, and the fact that there is assisted living if one finds it needed in the future. You don't have to relocate to a different apartment. They have staff available, and they all seem very experienced and interact very well with the residents here. The food is excellent, I think that's one of the pluses that we've experienced. It's only been opened since March, so it's pretty much a new facility. There's a whole monthly schedule of activities every day on a daily basis.
