"My grandpa recently passed away during the holidays and was a resident at Destiny Care Home since June of this year. Every time my family and I went to visit Destiny Care Home we were warmly welcomed by the staff members and the house would always be spotless to the touch. My grandpa considered Viviane and Bruno like family because of how well they cared for him and always made him feel at home. They prepared his favorite meals, watched tv with him, engaged in different activities with him, and on his final days made him feel as comfortable as possible which gave my family and I so much peace and comfort during this hard time. If anyone is looking for a care home for their loved one, I would highly without a doubt recommend Destiny Care Home! There was no other place my grandpa wanted to be but in the comfort of Destiny Care Home with people he considered family."

"I placed my mother in the facility during the COVID lockdown. I lived on the West coast and was unable to personally visit the facility. With the help of an excellent placement agency, my Mom was comfortably placed. The constant communication from the staff was excellent. The loving care provided my Mom gave me comfort. "The staff was extremely caring and helpful as to explaining the care they would provide as well as touring the neighborhood to show my grandmother the activities that were available in the community. This included the senior citizen center, which we were told sponsored bingo day and arts and crafts days where my grandmother would be allowed to mingle and relieve her of boredom, especially because she was unfamiliar with this specific area (She lived in East Valley originally). They also provided menu's as to what they would be serving for the month as well as daily activities they had within the facility, specifically the finer arts like crocheting and knitting, which I was sure she will enjoy. The neighborhood is a little on the "iffy" side but the price of the facility ($1900) more than made up for those issues, as the east valley where she wanted to be was a much more expensive option that wasn't feasible. This facility was the best choice I ever made. Overall, I'm impressed with the facility and if I were to be forced to board her up again in a facility, I'd definitely choose Angel's Castle Care. "

"We toured Westgate Village, and it's beautiful, too, but it's different. It is more of a larger community. The one at the other facility was very homey and small, but the one in Westgate Village is very large, and their apartments are all out of this world. They are beautiful. They've got washers and dryers in them. They're nice, big apartments with full kitchens, too. Their amenities weren't nearly as nice as the other facility. They did have a movie theater area, but it had regular chairs, and the other facility had an actual movie theater. The amenities were very simple. It was nice, unlike other places, but the apartments in Westgate Village blew the other facility, like blowing it out of the water. They didn't even compare. So, as far as the apartment goes, it's way bigger and way nicer. Tracy did a great job. She's nice and very informative."

"I will be moving into Mera Westgate. They all came and picked me up and took me out to the place, and I liked them a lot. It's really nice. I liked the amenities that they offer. They've got everything you need. The staff was great. I loved it, and the apartments were a lot bigger than the other place. The food was OK. They only have a gourmet meal once a day."

"The representative of LifeStream at Youngtown who showed me around their independent living was excellent and very well-informed. He advised me of everything that would be available and the cost, which is a big driving factor for me. I was impressed with the community and liked the way it was set up. Instead of having a big, huge building, when you come out your door in the independent living casitas, you are walking directly outside and not in a hallway. That appealed to me. I thought it was also very well kept up."

"My mom is a resident of MorningStar Senior Living at Golden Ridge. The staff is very considerate and very helpful in everything. They give you a variety of food, but it doesn't taste like anything. It's bland. It's a good atmosphere, very nice, and kept clean. They had a lot of stuff. They do help her out on certain things. She did have a pendant that she pressed, and then somebody would come. The money was decent, and then they raised their rent for the first year, so that's why my mom had to go where she had to go."

"I moved to Glencroft Center for Modern Aging. The people are so patient and understanding. They were so patient with me and helped me out and explained everything. So it was a very good experience. I've just been in my room. I'm still putting things away and getting set up, but I haven't gone out and used any of the other facilities yet. I've seen all of them. They look excellent. They were holding on the day I moved in, a Cowboy barbecue event. Things are going on all the time."

"My dad is at Auberge at Peoria, and they seem to have good people there. The staff is very caring and is always there to help the residents. There are single and companion rooms with a bathroom. It's just a small space, but it's OK for an individual's needs. Dad has been very comfortable there. He's been down at the community area and he feels part of the place. They have good entertainment coordinators during the week. They have different activities for the residents even on weekends. They have an exercise room, outdoor spaces like a barbecue area, and places to walk around with pleasant surroundings."

"Location is one of the main reasons why we liked Vista del Rio and the other is it seems like a very nice facility. Everybody seemed so friendly and helpful. It was spotless. We had one meal there. It was not spectacular, but it was good. They have a library and a pool, and then they talked about how they have different programs and entertainment from time to time. It seemed like a very congenial place."
