I toured Mera Westgate. It's a beautiful complex, pretty new, with very nice apartments and great kitchens. The whole community was very nice. The lady who showed me around was extremely helpful. I liked it, but felt it might be a little over my budget. I would move there in a minute if it were a little cheaper. They have a lot of facilities, and it was extremely nice.

I will be moving into Mera Westgate. They all came and picked me up and took me out to the place, and I liked them a lot. It's really nice. I liked the amenities that they offer. They've got everything you need. The staff was great. I loved it, and the apartments were a lot bigger than the other place. The food was OK. They only have a gourmet meal once a day.

I am now a resident of three years - was one of the first to move in after it was built. I wouldn't want to live anyplace else. I live in a two-bedroom with deck on upper floor and have no pets - but pet owners are fur-babies are great to live with! I work a full time job and am unable to participate in many activities - but I can also assure you that it is not because the timing of the activities are not convenient. Mera Westgate sponsors numerous evening and weekend activities from cooking, to fellowship and sharing, to marketplace, to cultural related events. The amenities are absolutely wonderful - I use the fitness center practically everyday - equipment and fitness center are kept clean, orderly; and they have a vendor who comes in for yoga and other fitness activities. I am also a walker - the neighborhood is safe, kept clean, and off of the beat and path of the surrounding very upscale tourist spots adjacent to the stadium. This was a big surprise to me. Lots of shopping nearby and a variety of restaurants and fun-spots to invite family and friends - but very little traffic on the streets leading to Mera - what a delightful surprise - yet the shopping and sports, and family-fun district is in walking distance! What I enjoy most about the community is the helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness and safety measures Mera has in place, and their prompt attention to repairs when needed. I really wouldn't want to live anyplace else!!!!

Recently toured this community and it checked all the boxes for me. Apartments are large with a walk in closet and huge kitchen with lots of drawers and cabinets. I’ll be able to have family and friends over for dinner. Loved all the amenities and activities offered along with a walking path and dog park. I like to stay active myself. Close to shops and restaurants too. Can hardly wait till I can move in.

I loved Mera Westgate. It's an ideal place to live. I just can't afford it. The amenities, the facility, the apartment, and everything was great. The manager was also great. She's still trying to find a way for me to move there.

I looked at Mera Westgate, they explained to me that it's an over 55 living place. There's no dining area and there's no food provided, it's basically just an apartment complex for somebody over 55 to live in. For a friend of mine, I looked at a two-bedroom study, and I also looked at a one-bedroom, one-bathroom, and the two-bedroom had two bathrooms. The two-bedroom, two-bath that I looked at was about 1,254 feet, and it was going for $2,850. The one-bedroom, one-bath was $650 something feet and it was going $1,605 with a parking lot view, and $1,705 if you wanted a pool view. They've got a very nice swimming pool, pickleball, they're building a dog park, and they have all sorts of nice stuff inside. They have a library, poker room area, a little conference place, a little movie theater place, and a workout area. The amenities were really nice. I can't say the rooms were fabulous or not fabulous, they were pretty standard for their size. I met Silvia, who's the sales manager, and she's very knowledgeable.
