Jarrod is a blessing to me. I feel like a new person after going through physical therapy with him. I hope I don't need him in the future but will surely ask for him if the need occurs. Shirley Bagby

I have worked with this organization for many years and have found them to be so honest. The clinicians that work there are so true and honest. They love what they do, and even though the nurse we had has passed --we know that all of them love their pts. They all do the right thing by the pt and family and continue to support you after you have been discharged. we have received help with just general things and we know they are just a call away. The owner is very involved and really cares about the community in which she lives. We will go back to Paradise if we need help in the future

We have had Paradise in the past and now again --these folks really get it--it is not always about the actual skill care; it is about helping keep the senior at home and safe. They have exceed the standard to help my mom get what she needs. They have gone to the home at 10pm at night to make sure she is safe because she did not answer her phone. They are there to listen to her and help her know how to make good decisions. I am thankful she has them. I live afar and she needs help and they are there for her thank you

my grandad had services with paradise for over year--the staff that came to the home were excellent. They all were loving and caring to him and to my grandma. we could not have ever expected more. They treated us like family always and called on the off hours to check on both of my grandparents. They send cards on birthdays, x-mass, etc..... just because. They were in the home when he passed away and provide all the necessary coverage for the whole family. The professional staff were always available to answers questions even at 10pm at night. My grandma would sometimes just need someone to give her comfort and they were always there to listen. The customer services with Paradise was the best and we had other agencies in but never one like Paradise. If you have a loved one that needs home care services Paradise is where you need to be

After a nasty fall which left me incapacitated for a few weeks, my doctor prescribed in-home physical therapy to help regain strength and mobility in my legs. The agency my doctor recommended was Paradise Home Health Care. Not knowing much about other providers in the area, I made arrangements for their therapist to visit me three times a week. The therapist they sent was very nice. The first session, we sat and spoke about my goals and he checked out my legs, balance, gait and strength. He also took my vital signs. The second session we did some gentle stretching exercises. The third session, he helped me navigate using the walker. I had been through physical therapy on previous occasions and was always used to being challenged. I did not feel challenged or even worked very hard during my experience with Paradise Home Health Care. It seems like they were providing the bare minimum of services ... sort of like the "McDonald's" of physical therapy. I know that I was willing to work harder and longer, but my therapist's care plan was very vague and simplified. At the end of the contracted six-week period, I don't feel that I was significantly better than if I hadn't had any therapy at all. Although most of the therapy was covered by insurance, I nearly passed out when I saw what they were charging my insurance company: $220 for each session ... and the sessions only lasted (on average) for 35 minutes. I felt that was a total ripoff, since the caliber of therapy provided was not worth what they were charging. Paradise Home Health Care provided very basic services through their physical therapy department. Although I may be a "senior," I was ready, willing and able to be challenged. I don't feel they provided the level of home care that I would have liked, even though they were very nice and polite. I would recommend checking out your other options before making a decision.
