We have been with them since 2019. They are very cooperative in getting the right person to take care of my wife. They are flexible if something comes up and always offer a substitute if needed.

We had issues in the beginning with some of the caregivers, and the office staff was very communicative. He is able to stay in his own home.

They are very responsive if you have a question or concern. The quality of their training must be excellent because the people they send are good. They have helped the most by giving me a break from the daily care and some of the housekeeping.

Their head nurse/nursing manager is fantastic to deal with and pops in monthly unannounced to review how things are going as well as constant contact with me. We have some days when the caregivers are habitually late, but dispatch lets me know they are going to be late.

We still have to visit every day, only because we don't have the caregivers all day, but the caregivers do go above and beyond for my mom. My mother was having major issues standing up on her own, but once Visiting Angels started coming around, they've been able to help her not fall down anymore.
