They provide me CNAs to come in and help me with things that I need help physically. They also provide help with the housekeeping. The caregivers they provide are good. I had some that I didn't keep after a week or two. I guess you'll find that anywhere though. The first one they sent me was very good. I had kept her for several years. I loved her, but she needed to go home and tend for her mom. Overall, the service they provide is good as well as the scheduling and billing. "
