We used this provider and wish that someone had warned us prior. The owner was beyond unprofessional and the staff, though very nice, were dangerously untrained. They didn't even understand the most basic things in terms of home health care. I fired them after 2 weeks. I sincerely hope that hospitals aren't still recommending them. If you or a loved one requires home healthcare, please find a different provider.

I am a current client of this provider. The PT that the send was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and the nurse was always on call in case I had any questions. Very professional and I highly recommend

I had two aids with this provider one was handicapped and could not do anything. She also parked in my hannicapped parking spot many times. The second person Oasis sent did nothing but watch tv and fall asleep I got rid of her after 3 days.

I hired Oasis Home Health Care and they are absolutely wonderful in every aspect. We had them for about three months. They did everything absolutely perfectly. A couple of weeks ago, my father had a stroke and I have already called them and asked them to staff the case all over again and they were on it. Oasis would come in with a home health aide two or three times a week. We have speech therapy and PT. Dad is extremely happy with everybody that came out. Everybody that came in felt like dad was the only person in the whole world that matters. As I say, there is absolutely nothing I can criticize.

I have no problem with the people I deal with Cascades Home Health. It has worked out well for us. Although, I think they are a smaller agency that has very few people to call on.
