This is the WORST COMPANY I have ever worked with! This company is terrible. STAY AWAY! My dad has a TBI and needs a full time aide. This company sent an aide but quickly dropped us as a client. Then would NOT send his medicaid UAI to the new company we found. I had to personally go get the UAI paperwork. I am reporting this company to medicaid. My dad has been without an aide for 3 weeks. He has not been eating, taking his medicine every day and his mental health has deteriorated drastically. This company had good reviews in other websites but are terrible.
